PAYMENT VOUCHERS

 

Payment Vouchers are Linked to ensuring the sustainability of the Club, through efficient processes, and making it as easy as possible for members to pay for their bowling.

 

The Management Committee have accepted proposals to introduce a ‘Payment Voucher’ system, for paying rink fees, casual bowling fees and competition fees. So far take-up has been very popular, but we are always looking for more members to sign up, which can be done by contacting Sharon Sharman via the clubs email address,

 

 gedlingindoorbowlsclub@gmail.com or whenever Sharon is in the office.

 

The key benefits to you as members are:

 

1. It avoids the need to carry or obtain cash and change in small denominations e.g. £5 notes and coins.

2. It will operate with reusable vouchers that can be retained on site and is more secure than cash.

 

Informal research with members has illustrated that some members would welcome a ‘Payment Voucher’ system.

3. The potential to attract new members who don’t carry cash.

4. Less time consuming processes from an administrative point of view.

5. It would enable the introduction of potential future increase fees by small increments.

 

 

I must stress that this is an additional facility available to members and does not replace the existing ways you can pay for your bowling.
